To be eligible to return you should comply with few simple requirements:
- You can request to return a product in 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be unaltered, undamaged or used.
- Buyer pays return shipping costs. Original shipping cost (if any) is not refundable.
In order to return a product you need to follow this simple steps:

- Provide your order number (in your confirmation email) and the reason for the return.
- Wait to receive RMA number and additional return instructions if any.

Please do not ship the item before receiving an RMA number. That way we cannot identity the product upon delivery into our office and the package may be rejected by our team.
Our customer support is available 24/7 on our email and we always answer in less than 12 hours. We will always reply to you with clear and simple return instructions.
Please note, all products must be send back with valid tracking number so our agents can monitor the return and process your refund faster.
Refunds are issued in 2 days from the successfully receiving the returned product into our office, but sometimes can take additional 7-20 days the money to show back into your account. This is not a delay caused by us. Payments processed with credit cards need more to process the refund due to VISA, MasterCard or other card network delays.
